Budapest : Day 2

CAVING ! Yes, its been awhile since the last time I went for caving and caving here at Budapest is definitely one of the best ways to kick start 2015 !

We took a day pass on all public transports which costs us about 1650 Forint , which throughout the whole trip, we only got checked for our tickets just once. Haha, oh wells, it wasn't that expensive anyways ! So we booked for the Adventure Caving activity at Palvolgyi Caves a day before, and it took us about an hour to arrive to the caves from our accomodation. It was definitely worth it , only 6000 Forint and we were caving in the longest cave in Hungary ! The temperature was at roughly 11Degrees constant, so you don't really need to wear thick clothes, especially the fact that they provide you with overalls. Just make sure you're not wearing fancy shoes. We got ourselves a really friendly guide throughout which made the caving a whole lot more fun !

Caving ended around 3-4PM, with grumpy tummies, we hunted for food which we ended up eating at this Japanese restaurant called Wasabi, just a couple of bus stops away. We headed to a nearby bakery as recommended but I would say I have tasted better cakes around, hence why I couldn't even recall the name of the bakery. Haha. Really have to apologize for that.

Anyways, we got tired from all the 3 hours of caving, and headed back to rest for the next day. Well, that was suppose to be the case, but we ended waking up at midnight for Saffy's birthday and stayed up till almost 3-4 AM celebrating. Overall for Day 2, I reckon I spent only about 25Pounds overall , incase you were wondering what the budget should be like :)
